Legal Team at Laderman & Co

A Partner and member of the Law Society. Robert was admitted in 1981. He specialises  in commercial and residential property commercial acquisitions sales and mergers and partnerships. 

Robert is experienced in business related matters and also advises clients on landlord and tenant issues 

A West Ham United supporter, Robert also enjoys the opera, playing golf, skiing, gym and is a keen Nordic walker.

A Partner and a member of the Law Society. Daniel was admitted in 1981.

He handles Wills, probate and trust work and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Daniel also handles commercial and residential property commercial agreements as well as matrimonial matters. 

A Tottenham Hotspur supporter and enjoys playing football, golf and skiing.

A Partner and a member of the Law Society admitted in 2002. She trained with Laderman & Co after leaving Law School. 

Sadia deals with dispute resolution and is a litigator dealing in commercial, company and civil matters including employment, property, company and probate law. 

She is fluent in Urdu and Punjabi. Sadia has had success in some landmark cases including the first occasion that the court gave permission under the Statutory Derivative Claim mechanism contained within the Companies Act 2006 (Kiani – Cooper [2010])

Selver is an Assistant Solicitor . She joined the firm in 2021 after completing her LPC and Masters. Selver commenced her training contract at Laderman & Co and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. As a trainee Selver assisted on a range of matters including employment, matrimonial, civil, litigation and landlord and tenant issues.  

Her current experience includes a range of private client matters including wills, powers of attorney, trusts and administration of estates. She also handles residential conveyancing matters. Selver is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is working towards gaining the requisite qualifications for a full STEP membership (TEP). 

In her free time Selver enjoys visiting the gym and travelling. She is also fluent in Turkish

Mikisha joined Laderman & Co as a paralegal in September 2022 before commencing as a Trainee in June 2023.

Mikisha Graduated from Brunel University with a LLB Hon degree and is completing her LPC / LLM at BPP University.

In her spare time, Mikisha’s passion is travelling, exploring new cuisines and reading.
